Innovation & Creativity...

Specialist youth work works with a whole range of professional practitioners from within the children and young people’s sector, bringing a whole range of expertise and experiences when working with children, young people and families in supporting and developing the creative and innovative potential of young people through informal learning, to aspire to be better, to achieve and gain such employability, for a good safe future.

There is a need to recognise and value informal learning creatively and innovatively, raising the visibility of skills acquired outside the formal system and fostering complementarity between informal and formal learning, while at the same time promoting equal opportunities.
